Filipine – Emerald Bay face un pas mai aproape cu finanțarea pentru prima fază asigurată

The completion of the beach front Emerald Bay, a new integrated resort in Mactan, Cebu, in the Philippines, has moved a step closer following approval for developer PH Resorts Group Holdings to kick on with a Php1.125bn (US$23.2m) follow-on offer of common share which will be used by mother company Udenna Corporation to fund the project’s first phase.

Prima fază a Emerald Bay se va lăuda cu 122 de mese de joc care oferă masă, masă premium și junket-uri, plus 600 de EGM și 270 camere de hotel.
PH Resorts Group Chairman Dennis Uy said: “This is another milestone on the way to completing Emerald Bay and continuing on our journey to further put the Philippines on the regional and international gaming map. Despite the ongoing COVID‐19 pandemic, we are confident that the Philippine tourism and gaming industry will be on the road to recovery when Emerald Bay opens.”

PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. (cunoscută anterior ca Philippine H2O Ventures Corp.) este compania-mamă a PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp., holdingul pentru divizia de jocuri și ospitalitate a Grupului Udenna, care include LapuLapu Leisure, Inc. ., The Base Corp. și Donatela Hotel Panglao Corp.
LapuLapu Leisure este dezvoltatorul Emerald, o stațiune turistică integrată care va fi situată într-o zonă privilegiată de pe malul mării pe insula Mactan, orașul Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. Emerald va fi amplasat pe un teren de 13.5 hectare situat pe peninsula Punta Engaño din insula Mactan. Prima fază a Emerald este de așteptat să aibă aproximativ 7,585 de metri pătrați de suprafață totală de joc, cu aproximativ 1,186 de aparate de jocuri electronice, aproximativ 146 de mese de joc, un hotel de cinci stele, cu aproximativ 838 de camere, inclusiv cinci vile, un complex de retail care acoperă o suprafață de aproximativ 8,000 de metri pătrați, un centru de convenții și 18 restaurante.
CGLC este dezvoltatorul The Base, o stațiune turistică integrată care va fi situată în Clark Freeport Zone, Luzon, Filipine. DHPC este proprietarul Hotelului Donatela, un hotel de lux în stil boutique din Tawala, insula Panglao, Bohol. Hotelul Donatela are 12 vile de lux cu piscine, restaurante rafinate și o cramă. Este situat pe o proprietate de 7.5 hectare, la aproximativ 14 minute de mers cu mașina de Aeroportul Internațional Bohol.
